Meet Katie
Like many women, I hit a point in mid life where I realised I wanted more; to regain the lust for life I'd had in my 20s, take control and do more of what made me happy.

Coaching helped me to find myself, work out what I wanted and take action and I now share its transformational powers with other.

Having had a long career working in large organisations, I have personally experienced a number of the situations my clients are going through - I've been made redundant three times, worked in stressful environments and had to find the right "work / life balance". But I've also successfully set up my own business, initiated career change and more recently retrained in a field I'm passionate about. All this experience means I come from a position of understanding and empathy, which allows me to be an effective coach.

I am now a certified Coach with diplomas in both small business and life coaching, am a DISC Personality Practitioner and have completed a career coaching specialism, so I can share the power of coaching with others.​

My starting point is to build a strong relationship with you, creating a safe space, which allows you to bring your full self to each session. I will be your champion, tapping into your strengths and helping you feel empowered to make the change you need to move forward.
​Having clarity on what you want to achieve is key to success. But don't worry if your mind is a jumble right now - I will help you clear the fog.

My style is one which blends self-reflection and awareness raising with clear action. I will gently challenge the limiting beliefs and self-defeating behaviours which may have been holding you back, and ensure that you are clear what actions you are going to take to move towards your goal.
